Your entry into The Diamond Club Ring Giveaway is deemed acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter this competition and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions.

WHO CAN ENTER:

  1. The competition is open to Australian residents who live in Australia with a permanent address.
  2. By entering the competition you warrant that you meet the entry requirements detailed in the Terms and Conditions and accept all conditions therein.
  3. The promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed by the promoter to have breached any of the competition Terms and Conditions or engaged in unlawful or improper misconduct compromising the fair and just running of the promotion. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the terms of the competition at any time.
  4. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry or individual entering the competition at any time.

HOW TO ENTER:

  1. The competition commences on 10/07/2023 at 4pm AWST (“the competition period”) and closes on 17/08/2023 at 5:00 pm AWST (“the competition period”).
  2. Entries must be received within the competition period.
  3. To enter the competition, eligible individuals must complete the following requirements as a method of entry: submit a drawn image of a ring with within the specification requirements. The specification requirements are as follows: 1 x 2.00ct round brilliant, oval brilliant, marquise, radiant or emerald cut cultured diamond and up to 30 x 1.35mm round brilliant cut culture diamonds.
  4. A maximum of one (1) unique entry per person is permitted in total
  5. Late, incomplete, indecipherable, discriminatory or otherwise offensive entries will be deemed invalid.

THE PRIZE:

  1. The prize (“the prize”) comprises of one (1) singular prize for one (1)winner. The prize consists of one (1) 18ct gold and diamond ring made as per the drawing of the winning entry. The prize is not transferable for money or any other products or services.
  2. Additional costs and any other ancillary cost resulting from acceptance of the prize that are not stated as inclusions are not included as part of the prize and are the responsibility of the prize winner.
  3. The total prize pool is valued at $5000. The prize or any portion thereof is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, credit or any means other than the prize mentioned above. No compensation will be offered if the prize winner is unable to take the prize as stated.
  4. The prize will be available for pick up at our Joondalup storefront or the prize can be couriered by a registered courier with personal identification and signature required on acceptance of the delivery.

THE PRIZE DRAW AND JUDGING PROCESS

  1. The winning entry will be determined after 5pm on 31/08/2023.
  2. The promoter will review all eligible entries and post them on Facebook and Instagram on 17/05/2023. After this the voting period (“the voting period) will begin until 5pm on 31/05/2023. Each like counts as one (1) vote. The entry with the most combined likes across Facebook and Instagram the voting period will be selected as the one (1) winning entry (“winning entry”). Determination of the winning entry will require the entry requirements in section 7 to have been completed. If these requirements have not been met, the next most liked entry will win, and so on until a valid entry has been selected. Determination of the winning entry shall be made by the promoter at its sole discretion based on the entry requirements.
  3. The prize draw and judging process may be altered at any time.
  4. The prize winner will be notified via a post on the Facebook and Instagram pages within 48 hours of the close date. The winner will then need to make contact with The Diamond Club via a private Facebook or Instagram message to provide phone and email contact details so that prize collection can be made.
  5. Contact must be made by the prize winner and supply of their phone and email details within ten (10) days of being notified in order to successfully claim the prize. If for any reason, the prize winner does not claim their prize within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited and the prize will go to 2nd place.
  6. The Prize can be collected for personal pick up only or delivered to an Australian residential address via courier.
  7. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prize winner will be published on The Diamond Club Facebook Page and Instagram page after the draw has taken place on 31/08 /2023 via a public Facebook and Instagram post.
  8. Please note that The Diamond Club Terms and Conditions may apply with regards to the redemption of the prize.

LIABILITY AND RELEASE

  1. Your entry into the competition, confirms that you own all necessary rights to provide the intellectual property constituting your entry.
  2. As a condition of entering the competition, you hereby grant the promoter, the supplier and their affiliates irrevocable, royalty-free rights to reproduce, modify and republish any material created as a result of entry into the competition, including but not limited to your competition entry, photographs, sound recordings and video recordings and acknowledge you will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
  3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
  4. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and/or Instagram.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

  1. Any personal information submitted to the promoters will be held in accordance with the Privacy Act.
  2. Personal information collected during the competition period may be used for direct marketing purposes.
  3. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy.
